Delivery, Replacement & Warranty Assurance

Delivery Within 48 Hours: We Provide Free Cash On Delivery across these major cities of Central India—Raipur (CG), Durg-Bhilai (CG), Bilaspur (CG), Bhopal (MP), Indore (MP), and Nagpur (Maharashtra)—within 48 hours of your order. 

Open Box Delivery: Upon receiving your order, you have the opportunity to inspect the product before accepting it. If you find any damage or functionality issues, you can request to cancel the order on the spot.

7-Day Replacement Policy: If the product is in good condition upon delivery but develops a functional issue within 7 days, you are eligible for a replacement. Should the product be unavailable, a full refund will be provided. This policy applies to select products and will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

6-Month Warranty: Some of our products come with a 6-month warranty that supersedes the 7-day replacement policy. These products will also have the warranty details clearly mentioned on their respective product pages.

 

Note: In both the replacement and warranty cases, only functional issues not caused by human error will be considered.
